Gomz
Gomz is a Highly experienced Children's and Neuro Physiotherapist with over 22 years of clinical experience across paediatric, neurological, community, educational, hydrotherapy, respiratory and rehabilitation settings. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurological Rehabilitation from Oxford Brookes University and is committed to delivering evidence-based, child-centred care that maximises each individual's potential.
Gomz specialises in the assessment and treatment of children and young people with complex neurological, developmental and physical disabilities. Her areas of expertise include neurorehabilitation, gross motor development, gait analysis, posture and mobility management, respiratory physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, rebound therapy, equipment assessment, 24-hour postural management and functional rehabilitation.
Throughout her career, she has worked across NHS, special school, community, charity and private practice settings, supporting children and young adults with a wide range of conditions including cerebral palsy, genetic syndromes, neuromuscular conditions, developmental delay, acquired brain injury and complex physical disabilities.
As Clinical Director of PAL SQUARE PHYSIO LTD, Gomz leads a multidisciplinary team providing specialist physiotherapy services across homes, schools, hydrotherapy pools and community settings. PAL SQUARE PHYSIO LTD is an approved Alternative SEND Provider, supporting Local Authorities, schools and families to deliver specialist physiotherapy services for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
She is passionate about empowering families, carers and education teams through collaborative goal-setting, practical training and personalised therapy programmes that promote participation, independence and long-term outcomes.
Gomz also works closely with solicitors, case managers and expert witnesses, providing specialist assessments, reports and rehabilitation recommendations for medico-legal and litigation cases involving children and young adults with complex needs.
She is a certified Rebound Therapy Practitioner, Aqua Therapist and MOVE Trainer, with extensive experience in seating, positioning, standing programmes, specialist equipment provision and environmental adaptations.
Gomz is the former Chair of the Association of Paediatric Chartered Physiotherapists (APCP) Posture and Mobility Group (PPIPS), where she helped promote best practice in posture management, mobility and participation for children and young people with complex disabilities. She continues to contribute to the advancement of paediatric physiotherapy practice through professional leadership, education and advocacy.
Known for her compassionate, family-centred and holistic approach, Gomz is dedicated to helping children and young people maximise their mobility, independence, participation and quality of life while supporting families every step of the way.
Reddy
Reddy, our Lead Specialist Physiotherapist in Neuro/Adult Rehabilitation, brings over 21 years of extensive experience both internationally and within the UK. He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurological Rehabilitation from Oxford Brookes University, showcasing his dedication to advancing expertise in this field.

Specializing in adult rehabilitation, Reddy excels in managing a wide range of neurological conditions, including Cerebral Palsy, Stroke, and Parkinson’s disease, as well as orthopedic cases such as post-fracture care, joint replacements, and spinal surgeries. His passion lies in neuro-rehabilitation and balance training, ensuring tailored approaches to enhance recovery and improve patient outcomes.

As a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Reddy stays updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy. He is also OTAGO-trained and a certified Postural Stability Instructor (PSI), actively leading community classes to support individuals in achieving better stability and mobility.
