Gomz

Gomathi ("Gomz") Murugesan is a highly experienced Children's and Neuro Physiotherapist with over 22 years of clinical experience across paediatric, neurological, community, education, hydrotherapy, respiratory and rehabilitation settings. She holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurological Rehabilitation from Oxford Brookes University and is committed to delivering evidence-based, child-centred care that supports children and young people to achieve their fullest potential. Throughout her career, she has worked across NHS, special school, community, charity and independent practice settings, supporting children and young adults with a wide range of conditions including cerebral palsy, genetic syndromes, neuromuscular disorders, developmental delay, acquired brain injury and complex physical disabilities.

As Clinical Director of PAL SQUARE PHYSIO LTD, an approved Alternative SEND Provider, Gomz leads specialist physiotherapy services for children and young people with complex neurological, developmental and physical disabilities across homes, schools, hydrotherapy pools and community settings. Her clinical expertise includes neurorehabilitation, gross motor development, gait analysis, respiratory physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, rebound therapy, postural management, specialist equipment provision, standing programmes, mobility interventions and functional rehabilitation. She works closely with families, educators, healthcare professionals, Local Authorities and multidisciplinary teams to ensure therapy programmes are meaningful, achievable and focused on outcomes that matter most to each child and family.

Gomz is passionate about promoting best practice and professional excellence within independent paediatric physiotherapy. She believes that high-quality physiotherapy should be accessible, evidence-based and centred around participation, independence and quality of life. Through comprehensive assessment, collaborative goal setting, practical training and personalised intervention programmes, she empowers children, families and support teams to develop the skills, confidence and knowledge required to maximise long-term outcomes. A certified Rebound Therapy Practitioner, Aqua Therapist and MOVE Trainer, she has particular interests in postural management, specialist seating, standing and mobility programmes, hydrotherapy, respiratory care and the use of therapeutic activity to promote engagement and functional development.

In addition to her clinical work, Gomz provides specialist assessments, reports and rehabilitation recommendations for schools, Local Authorities, solicitors, case managers and medico-legal services. As former Chair of the APCP Paediatric Physiotherapists in Independent Practice (PPIPS) group, she has contributed to promoting best practice, professional standards and clinical excellence within independent paediatric physiotherapy. She remains committed to advancing the profession through leadership, education, mentorship and advocacy, supporting the continued growth of high-quality physiotherapy services for children and young people across independent, education and community settings.

Reddy

Reddy is our Lead Specialist Physiotherapist in Neuro and Adult Rehabilitation, bringing over 25 years of extensive clinical experience gained both internationally and within the UK. He holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Neurological Rehabilitation from Oxford Brookes University and is committed to delivering evidence-based, person-centred rehabilitation that enables individuals to maximise their independence, function, and quality of life.

Reddy specialises in the assessment and treatment of adults with a wide range of neurological conditions, including Cerebral Palsy, Parkinson's Disease, stroke, acquired brain injury, and other complex neurological disorders. He also has considerable expertise in orthopaedic rehabilitation, supporting individuals following fractures, joint replacements, spinal surgery, and other musculoskeletal conditions. His particular clinical interests include neurorehabilitation, balance retraining, falls prevention, mobility enhancement, postural management, and functional recovery.

As a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Reddy remains committed to ongoing professional development and the delivery of best practice. He is OTAGO-trained and a certified Postural Stability Instructor (PSI), with extensive experience designing and delivering community-based exercise and falls prevention programmes aimed at improving strength, balance, confidence, mobility, and overall physical wellbeing.

Known for his compassionate, holistic, and collaborative approach, Reddy works closely with individuals, families, carers, case managers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop personalised rehabilitation programmes centred around meaningful goals and measurable outcomes. He is passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential and supporting them throughout every stage of their rehabilitation journey.

Her unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality care is evident in her patient-centered approach, where she collaborates closely with each individual to tailor treatment plans that prioritize their well-being and empower them to achieve their fullest potential.
